Course Description

Join us as we take a journey through the life and teachings of the Ba'al Shem Tov and his disciples. We will learn about many Chassidic Rebbes, including the Alter Rebbe, the dynasty of Slonim, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, the Ishbitzer Rebbe and others with a special focus on their relationships to Eretz Yisrael. Each week we will examine a different Rebbe, both his life and his Torah.

Dear Friends & Students,
In tommorow's shiur, we ill be learning the last Torah Rebbe Nachman ever shared.
Not surprisingly, Eretz Yisrael plays a major theme in the teaching.
For those who want to take a look at it ahead of time, you can find it in Likutei Moharan, the 8th teaching in the second part of the book.
Looking Forward

Dear Friends & Students

After a wonderful and deep learning last week (to which I thank you all), we will continue our journey into Rebbe Nachman's teachings about Erets Yisrael with a most fascinating piece on non other than this week's parsha.

I would like us all to prepare for tomorrow's shiur by taking a deeper look into four words which the spies come back saying 'ארץ אןכלת יושביה היא', It i a land which devours it's inhabitants'

Dear Friends and Students,

After a brief recess in our classes, we are excited to get back to our weekly Thursday shiur about Eretz Yisrael in the eyes of the Chaotic Masters.

Today we will have the privilege to look into one of Rebbe Nachman's most fascinating teachings about the Land of Israel.

Please be sure to log in on time (8pm Israel time), so we can use our time together, to the best of our ability, and draw out one of the most crucial elements in our attempt to spiritually conquer the Land of Israel.

Looking fwd.

Rebbe Nachman's Heart

Dear Friends & Students,

During this coming summer zman, we will continue exploring the connection and yearning of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov toward Eretz Yisrael.

Chazal teach us that whoever walks four steps in Eretz Yisrael is promised a portion in the world to come (Ketubot 111a). Having spent his childhood years among the leaders of the Chassidic movement, particularly some of those who took part in the first aliya in 1787, Rebbe Nachman was no stranger to the pride of place that Eretz Yisrael should have in the heart and mind of a Jew. He surely knew that Moshe Rabbeinu prayed 515 prayers so that he might merit entry into the land, and was familiar with the many talmudic teachings regarding it's import. In addition, Rebbe Nachman was certainly aware that his great-grandfather, the Ba'al Shem Tov, nearly sacrificed his life in order to walk those treasured four cubits in the Holy Land. (Reb Chaim Kramer, Breslov Research Institue).

We will be looking into Rebbe Nachman's teachings, prayers and pilgrimage to Eretz Yisrael.

There is much to be said, and we only scraped the surface last zman.

I am extremely excited and thankful for this opportunity to be learning with you all.

My only request when showing up to shiur - sit back, relax and open your hearts, as we treat our souls to tasting the most powerful and exalted world of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov.

Looking Forward

All The Best
