Course Description
This class is for students who are already skilled in analyzing a page of Gemara with Rishonim. In-depth conceptual development will be the focus.

About Rabbi Daniel Goldstein
Rabbi Daniel Goldstein is a member of the faculty of Midreshet Amit in Jerusalem. Prior to his Aliya in 2007, He served as Rabbi of Kingsway Jewish Center in Brooklyn, NY. Rabbi Goldstein received his BA and Semicha from RIETS and earned a Masters degree in American History from Brooklyn College. He and his family live in Neve Daniel.

In the last shiur, there was some discussion about whether the concepts of "inuy" and "Shvut" are significant, or just descriptive. In this final shiur on the topic, we will try to show why catagorizing the inuyim as such has an impact on certain halachic aspects of Yom Kippur. We will conclude by summerizing our various "maps" depicting the essence of the day.
