Course Description

Learn Parashat Hashavua with the Divrei Torah of Reb Shlomo Carlebach zts"l.
This course will be broadcast live from Rabbi Shlomo Katz's home in Neve Daniel.

About Rabbi Shlomo Katz
Rabbi Shlomo Katz was born in Englewood, New Jersey but spent most of his growing years in Raanana, Israel.  As a teenager, Shlomo returned to Los Angeles with his family and there became active with Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach's Happy Minyan of Los Angeles where he taught classes.  He also held a position as a Chaplain at Cedars Sinai Hospital after receiving his credentials as a certified Chaplain from the late Rabbi Levi Meir, z''l. After his return to Israel, Shlomo received his rabbinical ordination from Rav Zalman Nechemia Goldberg and Rabbi Brovender.  While known to spread his Torah worldwide via his music, Shlomo also teaches in various institutions in the Jerusalem area. Rabbi Katz resides with his wife Bina in Efrat, Israel. For information on his Torah and music visit his website www.shlomokatz.com
