Course Description

In-depth analysis of halachic sources regarding a number of contemporary issues, including: Alternative medicine; Fertility (In-vitro fertilization, artificial insemination, birth control, abortion); End of life (Do-Not-Resuscitate, euthanasia); Shabbat (leniencies that apply to critical and non-critical conditions).

For each topic we will study the primary texts of the leading poskim.

This course will run live October 14, 2018 through April 7, 2019. All classes will be recorded and available for registered participants.
The class will meet Sundays at 8pm Israel time.


About Rabbi Dovid Fink
In addition to being one of Rabbi Brovender's first students, Rabbi Dovid Fink is an outstanding expertᅠand teacher of Halacha. Rabbi Fink received his Rabbinic ordination from ITRI and the Mir and was awarded his Ph.D in Semitic Languages and Linguistics from Yale University. Rav Fink has taught thousands of students from all over the world for over 35 years.
