On the 5th night of Chanuka, Thursday, December 25th, 2009, over 150 people attended WebYeshiva's first real life gathering! Both teachers and students from all over participated and enjoyed the music by Rabbi Shlomo Katz and appetizing Chanuka food!

The crowd was addressed by WebYeshiva's Director, Rabbi Yedidya Rausman. Rabbi Jeffrey Saks, Director of ATID delivered a short Dvar Torah. The evening then continued with a riveting, special, recorded message from Joel Nowicki - one of WebYeshiva's students who lives in Poland. Joel explained what it is like studying in the WebYeshiva environment and how WebYeshiva has changed his life.

The evening concluded with Rabbi Brovender's weekly Parsha shiur with a special Chaunka twist. The evening was a tremendous success and enjoyed by all who attended.
