Who is Exempt from the Mitzvah of Sukkah?

Performing any other mitzvah exempts you from the obligation to sit in a Sukkah. This is the rule throughout the length and breadth of Torah: Engagement in one mitzvah exempts you from fulfilling all other mitzvot. In this series Rabbi Dovid Fink will examine this rule and teach you how to apply it to everyday situations.
